It’s been YEARS since I’ve been THIS excited about a program… and that’s because it’s essentially an expansion of my all-time favorite workout program: LIIFT4. And trust me, I’ve done almost all of them in my 7 years of Coaching!

LIIFT MORE launches on July 19th, and I’ve been looking forward to this all summer! One of my favorite trainers, Joel Freeman, has created another program, and the format of this specific program is one that I’ve seen produce the BEST results for my customers, teammates, and myself on my own personal journey!

It’s modeled after LIIFT 4, which helped me get back into shape after my 2nd kiddo (and now I have 5 kids!). It was just 4 days/week, and all of the workouts were just 30–40 minutes long!

While this new program adds 1 day/week (for a total of 5 weekly), and the workouts will be slightly longer (up to 45 minutes in length), it’s actually something I’m excited about as I know it just means the results will be that much better!

One of the reasons I love this program so much is how it’s structured…

It’s the perfect balance of strength training, HIIT (if you know me, you know this is my jam), and each workout ends with a section of core exercises!
