Every time I hear about a new program, I cannot believe I have to wait months for it to come out. But I also know the wait is always worth it..

And this time, I cannot tell you how excited I am for our summer program to release — #mbf (Muscle Burns Fat) and #mfba (Muscle Burns Fat Advanced). These two 3-week programs are designed to be done back-to-back to help you see some serious results!

And the title could not be more true — so many people think that cardio is the way to lose weight! But without resistance training, you won’t see the results you’re truly capable of!

The workouts are challenging, fun, and seriously will transform your body!

My #mbf results?

So far, I've completed Muscle Burns Fat, but not Muscle Burns Fat Advanced yet. But I was AMAZED by my #mbf results — can you believe these 2 pictures are just 3 weeks apart?!

I didn't set out to lose any weight or inches, my goal was to continue gaining strength postpartum — which I definitely did! But along the way, I lost 3 lbs and 6 inches (most around my waist, as you can see)!


What is #mbf and #mbfa?

These two programs are high-intensity total-body strength training and cardio-based programs. The goal? Feel strong and confident while creating healthy nutrition habits that become a lifestyle!


And who is the trainer?

The super trainer Megan Davies is an experienced personal trainer. Her simple workout style is easy to follow, but also incredibly motivating. She previously created Beachbody’s Clean Week which is a 7-day program helping people jumpstart or restart their fitness and eating habits. In the past, she has earned certifications from NSCA and CPTS as well as opened her own gym!

Who is this program for? 

This program is for anyone looking to burn some serious calories while building lean muscle and burning fat.

How much time will you need?

#mbf Time Commitment:

  • 3 weeks 
  • 7 days/week
  • 25-35 minutes daily

#mbfa Time Commitment:

What can you expect during these workouts? 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

These days will be focused on strength training with an emphasis on asymmetrical moves where you’ll be using ONE weight instead of 2, which will help strengthen the core!

Tuesday, Thursday:

This is where you’ll get your cardio burn and get to use the new BOD Rope (Cordless Indoor Jump Rope).

Saturday:

These workouts will feature EMOM, a type of interval training that stands for Every Minute On The Minute! 

What is an EMOM Workout?

Each minute you’ll start a new move with a specific rep count, once you complete the reps, you get to recover for the rest of the minute! So, basically, the faster you get those rep in, the more time you get to rest — so the trick is to work fast, and NOT pace yourself!

Finally, a well-deserved stretch & recovery day!
