So, I’m not one to count calories, I mainly use nutrition labels to look at the ingredient list, but WOW! Starbucks’ latte has about 2.5x the calories, 3.25x the carbs, and over 7x the sugar!

Really, the only thing it has going for it nutritionally is the protein.

Let’s put this 50g of sugar into perspective, ladies, this ONE drink contains as much added sugars as you should consume in TWO DAYS! And the pumpkin spice frappuccino is even worse at 73g of sugar. Check out this shocking blog I shared about added sugars in beverages.
