And, he’s BACK. You all remember Insanity, right? Well, Shaun T is the talented trainer behind that program has created a few programs since his release of Insanity. One of which, Insanity Max :30, happens to be one of my all time favorite programs (talk about serious results in just 30 mins a day). His last program, CIZE, was a choreographed dance workout, and MAN can that guy move!

Recently, I was talking to husband about how I wished he would do another program, because he truly is someone that can kick my butt and whip me into shape.

Lo and behold, at our national annual conference we found out that his next program, Transform :20 was coming in Spring 2019.

I AM SO EXCITED. 20 minutes a day and no equipment required. Umm, yes please!


What can you expect from Transform :20?

  • 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week
  • 6 week program
  • Real-time workouts with Shaun T — no workout will be repeated. A new workout every day. When you’re sore, the cast will be, too!
  • Weekly rest day videos to help keep you motivated and inspired

Turn fat into muscle?

Then this is for you.

Your entire body will be transformed — arms, legs, booty, stomach — all by using your own body weight!

And as usual, there is always a modifier to help meet the needs of anyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey. This program is for all fitness levels!

What equipment will you need?

No much!

Thought a step was just for the 80s? Think again! This program will incorporate a step (yeah, those old step aerobics videos), other than that, all you’ll need is your own body!

No weights. No bands. No bench. Just a step and you.

What can I expect from the nutrition?

Details on the nutrition plan have yet to be released. I’ll let you know as soon as I find out more!


Meet Shaun T

In case you have no idea what Insanity is or who Shaun T is. Let me introduce you. He’s amazing.

Shaun T (born Shaun Thompson) was a collegiate athlete — competed in track and field at Rowan University. He earned a Bachelor’s in sports science and minored in theatre/dance (this was new to me when I wrote this blog, but totally makes sense considering the amazing dance program’s he’s released with Beachbody!)

What other fun facts did I learn?

He has danced backup for Mariah Carey, has been on multiple TV shows including appearances on Six Feet Under, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CNN, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Good Morning America, and The Doctors. Additionally, he’s worked with Nike, Boost Athletic Shoes, RadioShack and even the LA Lakers. Seriously impressive and all the more reason why I feel so thankful to have him as such a profound leader and trainer for our company.

What fitness programs has Shaun T released?

Hip Hop Abs, Rockin’ Body, Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum, T25, Insanity Max :30, CIZE, Shaun Week, and now, we have the absolute honor to be some of the first people to try his brand new program, Transform :20, this winter.

With every program he has ever created, the results for his challengers have been remarkable. I cannot WAIT to see what Transform :20 does for my fitness and for yours!!!
